I’m Coach Kenya LaShelle Elliott, founder of I.R.I.S.E. Inc., and I’ve lived what I teach. After releasing over 470 pounds naturally, surviving trauma, illness, and profound loss, I learned firsthand that lasting weight loss begins in the mind, not with a diet. This blog is an extension of the coaching work I do every day with clients who are ready to heal their relationship with food, body, and self.
